Structure:
Tubular structure with carbon steel sheets of different thicknesses, designed to withstand the product’s stresses and rated load. The chassis consists of a structure made of 60 x 40 x 2.0 mm (2.4″ x 1.6″ x 0.08″) tubes with plates measuring 3/8″ (0.37″) in thickness. The mattress platform is composed of a structure made of 40 x 20 x 2.0 mm (1.6″ x 0.8″ x 0.08″) tubes with plates measuring 1/4″ (0.25″) in thickness. The metallic structure of the bed platform consists of articulated sections made with a structure of 30 x 20 x 1.2 mm (1.2″ x 0.8″ x 0.05″) tubes with plates measuring 3 mm (0.12″) and 3/16″ (0.19″) in thickness.

• Mattress platform constructed with a “U” profile in carbon steel measuring 3.2 mm (0.13″) in thickness, available in carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
Bed Platform:
Structured thermoplastic bed platform with patient containment and mattress limiter, removable. Attachment performed independently on the four articulated sections of the metal bed platform structure.

Movement:
Vertical movement is carried out by a mechanical carbon steel system that converts the horizontal linear motion of the hydraulic actuator into the vertical movement of the stretcher, thereby providing height elevation (articulated system). Stretcher Movements:
Stretcher movements are performed using gas springs and a hydraulic actuator, operated through pedals and manual levers.
The movements performed by the stretcher are: Fowler, semi-Fowler, backrest elevation, leg elevation, bed platform height adjustment (up and down), Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg.

Casters and Brake System:
Features thermoplastic casters with a 6″ diameter, providing floor protection, low noise during transport, and excellent load capacity. The braking system is individually applied to each of the four wheels, using a pedal with a stationary lock function for both rotation and translation.

Metal Structure Surface Finish:
All carbon steel structures receive anti-rust chemical treatment and a powder-coated finish, cured at a temperature of 220 °C (428 °F) in an oven. This process increases the chemical resistance of the structure.

• High-gloss polishing for stainless steel, ensuring excellent asepsis.
