Bed Frame:

Movement System:
Articulation for Elevation, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg movements.
Structure made of laminated carbon steel 3/8” x 1.½” with rectangular tubes 40 x 20 x 2 mm, to receive two 50 x 30 x 2 mm tubes for hydraulic cylinder fixation.
The articulation is made by supports fixed to the chassis of the equipment with a fixed axis system.
Movement is controlled by a hydraulic actuator positioned at the base for elevation and gas actuators installed on the bed frame for backrest, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg movements.

The product is equipped with a simple wheel system with individual brakes, activated by foot pedal. Each wheel has its own braking system, giving the operator the freedom to activate one or more wheels as needed.

The product is equipped with a simple wheel system with a total brake, activated by foot pedal, which locks all four wheels simultaneously. All the wheels are interconnected, and when the pedal is activated, all wheels are engaged.
Surface Finish of the Metal Structure:
The entire carbon steel structure receives an anti-rust chemical treatment and electrostatic powder coating, which is baked at a temperature of 220°C in an oven, increasing chemical resistance. Optional: The stainless steel structure receives high-gloss polishing that ensures excellent asepsis.
