Structure:
Tubular structure with sheets of different thicknesses of carbon steel, designed to withstand the efforts and nominal load of the product. Chassis: 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tubes with 1/4” thick sheets. Bed Frame Structure: 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tubes with 3/8” thick sheets. The metal structure of the beds: four articulated sections with 30 x 20 x 1.2 mm tube structure and 3/16” thick sheets.

Bed:
Bed made of wood panels (MDP, MDF, or TS), with patient containment and mattress limiter. The bed platform is independently secured to the four articulated sections of the metal frame, ensuring durability and stability. Project:
The project for the FLEX CARE Motorized Bed was developed according to the standards of the following regulation:

Electronic Controls:
Mobile hand control with lockout feature.

Casters and Brake System:
They feature 5” thermoplastic diameter, providing floor protection with low noise during movement and excellent load capacity. The braking system is individually applied to each of the four wheels, using a pedal with a stationary lock function for both rotation and translation.

Side Rails and Side Rail System:
Set of four high-impact injected polyethylene side rails, flexible model with escape route.
Retractable system with locking mechanism.

Headboard, Footboard, and Headboard Connector:
Headboard and footboard made of high-impact injected polyethylene plastic, flexible model. Connector with lock and removable.

Surface Finish of the Metal Structure:
The entire carbon steel structure undergoes a chemical anti-rust treatment and is finished with electrostatic powder coating, which is then heated to a temperature of 220°C in an oven. This process enhances the chemical resistance of the structure.

Chassis Finish:
Partial coating for chassis in thermoplastic, applied only over the wheels.
