Structure:
Tubular structure with sheets of various thicknesses made of carbon steel, designed to withstand the product’s stress and nominal load capacity.
Chassis constructed with 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tubes and 1/4″ thick sheets.
Platform composed of a 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm tube structure with 3/8” thick sheets.
The metal frame of the bed platform consists of four articulated sections made with a 30 x 20 x 1.2 mm tube structure and 3/16” thick sheets.

Movement:
Vertical movement performed by a mechanical system in carbon steel, which transforms the horizontal linear motion of the motors into vertical motion of the bed, enabling height adjustment.
Bed movements are performed using four motors and an adjustable system with six positions. The bed’s movements include: Fowler, Semi-Fowler, backrest elevation, leg elevation, bed height adjustment (raising and lowering), Trendelenburg, Reverse Trendelenburg, chair position, vascular position, cardiac position, and auto-contour.
