The bed is equipped with four siderails made of polyethylene, providing full enclosure for the patient to ensure enhanced safety. Digital controls located on the siderails, along with a digital supervisor at the footboard, enable smooth bed adjustments, including achieving multiple positions such as a chair position. The headboards, also made of polyethylene, are removable and feature an exclusive locking system for easy mobility and cleaning. The bed is supported by 6-inch casters with total and directional locking for secure movement. Its base is covered with high-impact thermoplastic cladding, ensuring durability.

The Evolution Care bed offers optional mattresses: The laminated mattress provides support, durability, and pressure relief with its layered structure. The honeycomb mattress evenly distributes weight, preventing pressure ulcers, making it ideal for patients who will remain in bed for extended periods. The viscoelastic mattress conforms to the body, relieving pressure points and improving circulation, perfect for patients with chronic pain or those requiring adaptive support. The Evolution Care MT-165 features a pressure relief system that evenly distributes the patient’s weight, reducing the risk of pressure ulcers—an essential feature for patients who spend extended periods in bed.
Furthermore, the headboard and footboard are removable, providing easy access to the patient.
Easy-to-access and user-friendly lock
The Evolution MT 165 bed allows adjustments in various positions, such as backrest, leg rest, Fowler, height elevation, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg. It also features special movements like chair position and CPR ONE Touch.
It comes equipped with a digital supervisor that provides control over the bed’s movements and other information such as the patient’s weight, date, and time. Additionally, the MT-165 features an internal digital control, enabling patients to make adjustments independently, enhancing their autonomy.
All bed functions can be locked to prevent accidents, ensuring safety for both patients and visitors. The lockout function helps maintain a controlled environment, preventing unexpected changes that could compromise patient comfort and safety, particularly in scenarios where the patient may have cognitive or motor limitations. It can also be equipped with an integrated scale or even with the Cyberbed and Bedmonitor monitoring systems for enhanced functionality.

The bed platform is independently secured to the four articulated sections of the metal frame, ensuring durability and stability. The project of the EVOLUTION CARE Motorized Bed was developed according to the standards of the following regulation:
Electronic Controls:

Surface Finish of the Metal Structure:
The entire carbon steel structure undergoes a chemical anti-rust treatment and is finished with electrostatic powder coating, which is then heated to a temperature of 220°C in an oven. This process enhances the chemical resistance of the structure.
Chassis Finish:
Full fairing for chassis in thermoplastic.
