Structure

Upholstery
Mounted on a sturdy frame, with injected polyurethane foam providing enhanced comfort, body contouring, high resilience, and long-lasting durability.

Covering
Exclusive hospital-grade cuero ecológico, with high resistance to fungi and bacteria. Manufactured with a synthetic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) laminate, reinforced with 100% polyester, 0.8 mm thick, and finished with polyurethane. It is waterproof, dust-resistant, and easy to clean and sanitize.
Features internal overlapping stitching for a refined finish.

Covering: faux eco leather.
Stitching: Reinforced, single, double, overlock, or various decorative patterns.
Painting
All carbon steel structures undergo anti-rust chemical treatment and are finished with electrostatic powder coating, cured at 220 °C (428 °F) in an oven, enhancing chemical resistance.
Optional
Stainless steel structure is polished to a high gloss, ensuring excellent hygiene.
Antimicrobial Paint: Features antimicrobial properties compliant with the JIS Z 2801:2000 standard, achieving a bacteria reduction of over 99.9% within 24 hours.
