MT-450 TRANSPORT CHAIR
Structure:
Built with 1” x 2.0 mm carbon steel tubing (SAE 1005 to SAE 1030) and 3 mm and 3/16” sheets. MIG and laser welding ensure strength and durability.
Optional:
• Structure built with 1” x 2.0 mm stainless steel tubing and 3 mm and 3/16” sheets.
• Structure built with 1” x 2.0 mm aluminum tubing and 3 mm and 3/16” sheets.
Casters and Brake System:
10” rubber-coated aluminum rear casters and 4” thermoplastic front casters provide floor protection, excellent load capacity, and smooth maneuverability.
Two fixed rear casters and two swivel front casters.
Optional:
• Casters available in 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 8″, or 10″ diameters, in thermoplastic, aluminum, or zinc finishes.
• Four swivel casters.
Brakes:
Total brake on both rear casters via a single pedal.
Optional:
• Dual-band wheel system.
• Front caster brakes.
• Brakes on all four casters.
• Individual translation and rotation brakes activated by pedals on all four casters.
• Total and directional locking system operated by a single pedal.
Upholstery:
Mounted on a sturdy frame with injected polyurethane foam for enhanced comfort, body contouring, high shape retention, and durability.

Covering:
Exclusive hospital-grade eco leather with high resistance to fungi and bacteria. Made with 0.8 mm thick PVC synthetic laminate, reinforced with 100% polyester and polyurethane coating. Waterproof, dust-resistant, and easy to clean and sanitize.

• Covering: synthetic leather, natural leather.
• Stitching: reinforced, single, double, overlock, or various decorative patterns.
Metal Surface Finish:
All carbon steel structures undergo anti-corrosion chemical treatment and are finished with electrostatic powder coating, cured at 220 °C for increased chemical resistance.

• Stainless steel structure polished to a high shine for superior asepsis.
• Antimicrobial paint compliant with JIS Z 2801:2000, reducing bacteria by over 99.9% within 24 hours.
