HOSPITAL STRETCHER MT-417
Present ANVISA Registration.
Chassis:
Built with a structure of square carbon steel tubes 40 x 40 x 2.0mm with ¼” thick carbon steel plates cut by laser and fixed to the base to receive the hydraulic columns for performing elevation, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg movements via foot pedals.
Optional: Built with a structure of square stainless steel tubes 40 x 40 x 2.0mm with ¼” thick stainless steel plates.
Bed Frame:
Built with a structure of rectangular carbon steel tubes 30 x 20 x 2.0mm. U-profile along its entire length to accommodate the sliding tray located beneath the bed platform, allowing for X-rays along its full length.
Bumper:
Around the stretcher made of flat carbon steel bars coated with orange PVC. Containment support located on both sides of the bed frame. Waiting slot for Balkan frame, traction, and four mounts for the IV pole, two at the headboard and two at the footboard of the bed.
Optional: Built with a structure of rectangular stainless steel tubes 30 x 20 x 2.0mm.
Bumper around the stretcher made with flat stainless steel bars coated with orange PVC.
Bed: Articulated in four sections with a structure of rectangular carbon steel tubes 30 x 20 x 2.0mm with TS material panels that allow X-ray transparency. Backrest and leg movements activated by a gas spring.

Movement:
Articulation system for Elevation, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg movements.
Structure of laminated carbon steel 3/8” x 1.1/2” with round carbon steel tubes 1.1/4” x 3.0mm thick to receive two carbon steel plates 3/16” thick for fixing the hydraulic cylinder. The articulation is done by arms fixed to the base of the equipment with a fixed axis system. They have movements controlled by foot pedals activating two hydraulic cylinders installed vertically under the ends of the bed frame for the movements of Elevation, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg.
Optional: Stainless steel structure of 3/8” x 1.1/2” laminated with 1.1/4” x 3.0mm thick round stainless steel tubes to receive two 3/16” thick stainless steel sheets.
Casters and Brake System:
They have 8” diameter thermoplastic casters with simple bandage. Providing floor protection with low noise during movement and excellent load capacity. Optional:
3″ diameter thermoplastic or galvanized casters. 4″ diameter thermoplastic or galvanized casters. 5″ diameter thermoplastic or galvanized casters.
6″ diameter thermoplastic or galvanized casters.
8″ diameter galvanized casters.
10″ diameter thermoplastic or galvanized casters.
Brakes:
The product is equipped with a total/directional brake system activated by a single foot pedal with a stationary locking function for rotation/translation, and also a translation lock on one of the casters for better maneuverability (directional brake).

Individual brake system on all 4 casters, activated by foot pedal.
Total brake system on 2 diagonal casters, activated by foot pedal.
Total/directional brake system activated by 2 foot pedals.
Siderails System:

The entire carbon steel structure receives an anti-rust chemical treatment and electrostatic powder coating, which is baked at a temperature of 220°C in an oven, increasing chemical resistance. Accessories:
