Present ANVISA Registration
Structure: The structure is made of tubular steel with sheets of varying thicknesses of carbon steel, designed to withstand the stresses and nominal load of the product. The chassis consists of a tubular structure measuring 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm with 1/4″ thick sheets. The platform is composed of a tubular structure measuring 50 x 30 x 2.0 mm with 3/8″ thick sheets. The metal framework of the bed platform consists of four articulated sections made of tubular structures measuring 30 x 20 x 1.2 mm with 3/16″ thick sheets.

Platform constructed from “U” profiles in carbon steel, 3.2 mm thick, available in carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
Bed Platform: The platform is structured from thermoplastic material, featuring patient containment and mattress limiters. It is independently attached to the four articulated sections of the metal framework.

Movement: Vertical movement is performed by a mechanical system in carbon steel, which converts the horizontal linear movement of the motors into vertical movement, enabling height adjustment of the bed. Bed movements are performed using four motors and an adjustable system with six positions. Movements include fowler, semi-fowler, backrest elevation, leg elevation, bed elevation and descent, Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg, chair position, vascular, cardiac, and auto contour.

Casters and Brake System: Casters have a diameter of 4″, made of thermoplastic, ensuring floor protection, low-noise movement, and excellent load capacity. The braking system is individually applied to each of the four wheels, using a pedal with a stationary lock function for both rotation and translation. Optional Casters:
