Evolution Care brings together advanced motorized mobility, integrated rehabilitation, and clinical connectivity in a single bed, designed and manufactured in Brazil for intensive care units, high-acuity wards, and long-term home care.

Structure

Tubular structure with carbon steel sheets of varying thicknesses, designed to withstand the mechanical stresses and rated load of the product.
Chassis It consists of a structure made of 50 × 30 × 2.0 mm tubes with 1/4″ thick plates.
The deck is composed of a structure made of 50 × 30 × 2.0 mm tubes with 3/8″ plates.
The metallic bed structure consists of four articulated sections made from a framework of 30 × 20 × 1.2 mm tubes with 3/16″ plates.
Bed platform: Structured thermoplastic platform with patient containment and mattress retainer. The bed platform is independently secured to the four articulated sections of the metal frame, ensuring durability and stability.
Surface Finishing of the Metal Structure: All carbon steel components undergo anti-corrosion chemical treatment and are finished with electrostatic powder coating, cured in an oven at 220 °C. This process enhances the structure’s chemical resistance, validated by a 1500 hour, salt spray corrosion test conducted by an accredited testing laboratory.
